• Historical Malacca - Cost RM 105.00 (approx. USD 28.00)

Malacca, located 160 kilometres south of Kuala Lumpur, has the most colourful history of all the cities in the country. Founded by Parameswara, a Hindu Prince from Palembang, Malacca was such a prized trading port that it was conquered and ruled in turn by the Portuguese, the Dutch, the English and the Japanese. Each left their mark and the ruins and heritage left by the conquerors are still evident today, blending easily with the fast developing yet carefully planned township. Among the places visited will be the Porta de Santiago, St. Paul's church, the Stadhuys Building, Christchurch, Cheng Hoon Temple (the oldest Chinese temple in Malaysia), Jonker Street (full of antiques and other collectibles), the Jade House showroom, and Bukit China.

The tour includes a traditional Nyonya lunch.
